					<description>It's interesting that the site is set up to punish you for not visiting it frequently. Or on a positive note, they reward you for coming back again and again to update your lens. I like it the idea but it's a bit of a pain if I'm having a busy month and I don't get the lens as often as much as I'd like.</description>

					<description>I have found that your blog traffic will decrease exponentially for every day you go between posts. And a lot of it will not return. It's like spinning a plate. And the same can be true for Squidoo lenses, I imagine.</description>
